Day In-Day Out

Brad Ritter and the School of Grit

Episode Summary

Hello, my friends, my life warriors I do hope you are well and good in this fun-loving world. Today on the podcast I was very happy to have Brad Ritter who started the School of Grit after graduating from SEALFit’s infamous Kokoro Camp, which is renowned as the world’s toughest civilian training. After graduation, he wanted to find a way to serve others and help people take control of their lives and get unstuck. He accomplishes this through a proven system that focuses on your physical, mental, emotional, intuitional, and warrior spirit. School of Grit is a lifestyle for those who despise mediocrity and want to take full ownership of their life and be part of a team. Not a traditional team like those commonly found in today’s world but a real team where we’ll step into courage, focus on each other, and train relentlessly. We talked about a number of different things, about his book School of Grit, the fun and games of doing SEALFit and the hell week training he did and so much more. So please enjoy the podcast and stay safe, stay well, be awesome, and please take a moment to tell a friend and subscribe.
