Today on the podcast I was delighted to have Dr. Marisol Capellan who is the Founder and Director of Transformational Coaching Certifications at The Capellan Institute. Dr. Capellan is an internationally recognized and award-winning educator, coach and TEDx speaker. She is a former lecturer at the University of Miami, Miami Herbert Business School, a leadership and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion speaker and trainer, and a certified executive coach. She graduated with a Masters in in Leadership and a doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Miami. Her dissertation focus was on the trajectory of women to leadership positions. We talked about a number of things from her time being homeless, working two jobs to pay her way through college, we talked leadership and how it has changed today and many more topics.
