Today on the podcast I am very happy to have on James Roberts, who has represented Great Britain at the World Championships four times and the Paralympics twice. James was born with a congenital disability called femoral dysplasia of the left leg, a rare, non-hereditary birth defect that affects the pelvis, particularly the hip bone, and the femur. In this podcast, we discuss how James first got drawn into sport, and some of the practices and techniques he used to overcome the challenges his disability created. He also tells us how the GB team we forced to avoid the temptation of fast foods at the Paralympics... So please enjoy the podcast and stay safe, stay well, be awesome, and please take a moment to tell a friend and subscribe.
