Scott McCarthy leadership journey started as a young man with the Canadian Army, in 2001 he enrolled as a logistics officer at the prestigious Royal Military College of Canada. He was in command of an army platoon comprising of over 80 soldiers, he was then selected to command a logistics Squadron of 200 members. He is still in the army, but now he also helps businesses with building their teams and improving their leadership skills and a lot more.
